The location was super convenient, directly connected to the event center, making it easy to attend activities. The breakfast had a nice variety, and the staff kept the area organized. Rooms were clean with ample space, but the bathroom could use better attention. There were issues with check-in due to an unhelpful staff member and finding someone at the front desk was often a challenge. The heating system in the room was also quite noisy and disruptive. The amenities in the hotel could be improved for a more comfortable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here with our three dogs. The pool was perfect for the kids, and we loved the hot, well-stocked breakfast each morning. Plus, the location made it easy to visit the nearby Horseshoe Casino for some family fun.

My kids wished the laundry facilities were better. Only one washer and dryer for the entire building can be a hassle for families, especially with multiple stays. It would be great to add more machines!
